1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "w56aw", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the w56aw platform accessible at https://w56aw.vip.
• "Platform" refers to the w56aw website, mobile interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services.
• "Account" means a registered w56aw user account held by a natural person.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers for or uses a w56aw Account.
• "Real Money" means PKR funds deposited into a w56aw Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a w56aw Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "VIP Programme" means the w56aw Black Diamond VIP loyalty scheme comprising five membership tiers.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a casino game, live dealer table, slot title, or sportsbook market via the w56aw platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including CNIC submission and proof of payment method.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all w56aw Accounts are denominated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and w56aw. By clicking "I Agree" during registration, logging into your Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to comply with them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the w56aw Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus communication, these Terms shall prevail.

w56aw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the w56aw Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

Access to the w56aw Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. w56aw operates a strict 21+ policy. Providing false date of birth information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated agents, bots, and scripts may not register Accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a current or former employee of w56aw or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register operated by w56aw or any third-party responsible gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your jurisdiction before registering.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) w56aw Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. w56aw may request updated documentation at any time as part of its ongoing KYC obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and all activity that occurs under your Account credentials. w56aw will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify w56aw immediately at support@w56aw.vip if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

w56aw reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All w56aw Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash
• EasyPaisa
• HBL Bank Transfer
• UBL Bank Transfer
• Meezan Bank Transfer
• Visa / Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the w56aw Cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and by VIP tier. Black Diamond and Diamond tier members benefit from elevated limits and priority processing timelines.

w56aw will only process withdrawals to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. w56aw reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any transaction at its sole discretion.

Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. w56aw shall not be liable for delays caused by the Player's bank, payment provider, or any third party outside w56aw's direct control.

w56aw does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

w56aw offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders from time to time. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all w56aw promotions:

• All bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements (playthrough conditions) that must be completed before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from Real Money balances. Unless explicitly stated, Real Money is wagered first before Bonus Funds are applied.
• Each promotion is available once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion states otherwise.
• w56aw reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under that promotion shall be completed under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, or exploiting software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

7. Betting Rules

All Wagers placed via the w56aw Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Casino game rules are displayed within each game interface. Sportsbook market rules, including in-play rules for cricket and other sports, are published in the w56aw Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

w56aw reserves the right to void any Wager where:

• The Wager was placed on the basis of a technical error, including incorrect odds or market data;
• Evidence of match-fixing, price manipulation, or irregular betting patterns is detected;
• The Wager constitutes a breach of any applicable rule of the sport or game in question;
• The Player's Account is under investigation for fraud or bonus abuse at the time the Wager was placed.

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per market. These limits are published in the w56aw Sportsbook Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any Wager, the decision of w56aw's trading team shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w56aw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or market.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity information; or any other act of financial fraud.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any bug, software malfunction, or error in the Platform to accumulate winnings beyond what a correctly functioning system would produce.
• Money Laundering: Using the w56aw Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. w56aw is required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a person under the age of 21.

9. Responsible Gaming

w56aw takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide all Account holders with access to the following tools, available by contacting support@w56aw.vip or through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your Account.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current session and your net wagering position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the w56aw Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are non-reversible for the stated duration.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the w56aw Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of w56aw or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the w56aw Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform;
• Use any w56aw trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w56aw shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

w56aw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

w56aw does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. w56aw shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit w56aw's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by w56aw's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

w56aw processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a w56aw Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

w56aw will share your personal data with third parties only where required to do so by law, for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, or where you have provided explicit consent.

13. Amendments to These Terms

w56aw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address on file and via a prominent notice on the w56aw Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the w56aw Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w56aw holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through w56aw's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body designated by w56aw's licensing authority.
